Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active service requests, appointments, account status, and inquiries.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your specific mobile service plan and wireless carrier agreement.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS communications from us at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any SMS message received from Commonwealth Guardians. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation SMS and no further automated text messages will be sent unless re-initiated by you.

Carrier Non-Liability: Wireless carriers and telecommunications providers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.
4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
Unless otherwise indicated, all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on our platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by MTW Companies LLC dba Commonwealth Guardians, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTW Companies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof. In no event shall Commonwealth Guardians be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth.
